A reader has sent me the headline from the November 21st, 2002, Mountain Times ... a few weeks after Commissioners Honeycutt, Blust, and Trivette were elected but still a couple of weeks before they were sworn into office ... "Commissioners-Elect Will Work for Free."
That has turned out to be not such a great bargain.
