Eventually, the Supreme Court will have to face this question squarely: If Trump can selectively go after his enemies without sufficient evidence and against the recommendations of his U.S. Attorney on the case, and can cite old or even fake facts to justify his actions with respect to federal troops, then there are no real limitations on his power.

If the majority of justices greenlight Trump to pursue his revenge prosecutions and troop deployments with no meaningful judicial checks upon his power, the only guardrail that will remain will be the people themselves, who will need to rise up together peacefully to oppose in the streets what cannot be stopped in the courts.
My only concern is that protests don't turn violent and give
Trump already gaslights his fans with fantasies of Portland burning, of Chicago imploding, of Memphis more dangerous than unrefrigerated meat, and Fox News does its best to underline fear and loathing of the rebellion. But the rebellion only grows.
See you on October 18th!

With Trump's DOJ, AG Bondi and AAG Harmeet Dhillon, (Harmeet the Hammer) there is a good chance of success!
No surprise, Wolf, since you don't believe in democracy to start with.
We're a REPUBLIC, remember? Or did you attend public school?
I remember when fairness was an American virtue.
Fairness is not a human right. "Fair' is a word used by little children and lefties who don't get their way, usually accompanied by tears and wailing.
Fairness as an American Virtue used to be in play when we had a population who believed in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, the Bill of Rights, the Bible and of America's inherent goodness, justice and manifest destiny.
You and lefties like you have destroyed those beliefs, replacing them with entitlement, diversity, equity, racism, socialism, communism, greed and most of all ENVY.
Fairness? Working families and the poor subsidize the illegal low wage slaves with taxes while their purchasing power is stripped by greedy politicians with their taxes, inflation, regulation and corruption.
And no, I like the Founding Fathers and anyone else with more than two brain cells, do NOT believe in democracy, I believe in a Constitutional Republic of free people and limited government. Democracy is incompatible with human freedom. Democracy is the tool of slavers and thieves.
You should try your hand at fiction. Oops. I see that you already are. You're especially talented at created boogie men who bare no resemblance to any reality I know.
What else could a fascist authoritarian mindset demand than to return to the Land of Cotton where women are perpetually barefoot and pregnant (echoes of Taliban)? Fairness was the keyword in Jerry's fuss with Tippy the Hound. Life and history are racheted forward and so cannot undo without mass extermination. Sadists begin by reopening settled practical issues (claiming unfairness), then scapegoat anyone who can be easily victimized and later their legitimate opponents. But it is not the "stunted
men" who initiate that situation. Notice how the Hound Dog merely imitates the mouthing off of Master Sadists enjoying a parasitic passive income, those under panic about growth of exploitation and the crush of austerity petering out. Aristotle explained 3,000 years ago how the ideal of Justice survives in the
resilient human imagination even under extreme duress. Business Liberalism is outmoded today. There is no possibility of self-made diligent success because the richest have enclosed all possibilities. Notice how Peter Thiel and even Bill Gates have gone irrational and are obsessed with demonology, just wishing for
some witch kindling. anything to extend their waning domination. It's always sad when an Old Hound Dog who has been guarding the hen house and the gun rack catches rabies and starts foaming at the mouth. But Kristi won't shoot 'em and end the agony. She loads them in her van to terrorize workers minding
their business. Somewhere an Atticus cleans his glasses and reluctantly
aims for the heart.
Just when you think the world can't get any crazier, Red Hornet shows you're wrong.
Steven Millers dad has spoken
Fairness is a human right.
