So, it will take 4 of 5 members of the board to order a new election (assuming the investigation shows what seems likely about election fraud). Will one of the Republicans come over and vote with the Democrats? If the Board is unable to make a recommendation, next stop is that the US House refuses to seat Harris and orders a new election, correct?
