A Note on Commenting

If anyone wants to comment on a thread here and say something more-or-less germane, while refraining from tiresome personal insults and other political trash-talk, we'll consider posting it.

Otherwise, go someplace else to spew.

All you've done for the past 5 or six years is "spew" and hurl political insults at those who disagree with you, Jerry. Only a couple of years ago dissent was the highest form of patriotism. I can almost still see the bumper sticker poking out from behind your Obama/Biden sticker!

I'm sure, but dissent does not have to involve personal insults (that detract from one's argument anyhow), no matter how indefensible the other's position is.

  3. We can't hear each other when we are hollering. In order to find solutions we have to listen and learn. Only then can we make the best decisions.

If this is going to be the new criteria, may I assume BikerBard is banned?

"Personal insults" is what the democrats are all about.

Let's see if it is applied to the typical hate spewers such as Bikerbard, shyster and others.

They censor Rodger Young because he beats them.

    Anonymous,

They censor Rico because that is what he wants. On the conservative blog, Rico proclaimed that getting kicked off this blog was his goal.

Come to me house or my job, and try to get kicked out. I guarantee that you will be successful.

MikeD, you are not correct. She predicted she would be kicked off because Watauga Watch could not stand the heat. She was right.

Why would anyone want to come to your house? Are you having a party?

    Anonymous,

Here is a direct quote from Johnny Rico from the conservative site:

"I was banned which was most likely my hoped for outcome." - Johnny Rico

(Dis)Honest Debate posted, on the other site, his intent to trick liberals into reading his link. I guess he can't get people to read his thoughts without chicanery. Where is the honesty in that??

    Mike:
Anonymous doesn't need to read Rico. Anon IS Rico.

    BikerBard,

It's good to see that you are still visiting the other site, still exposing yourself to a diversity of perspectives. There is hope for you yet. ;)

    By the way,

Rico. Nice try, pretending to be female, but you're not fooling anyone.

Sometimes, I think you equate quick thought with quality thought. I think you fancy yourself highly intelligent because your brain works at hyper-speed.

What actually happens when your brain works at hyper-speed is that it stops functioning as a steel trap and starts to resemble a sieve. Sure, it keeps the pasta in, but you wind up losing your sauce!
