BREAKING: NC State Board of Elections Member Paul Foley Exposed for Double-Dealing

Paul Foley
Republican member of the NC State Board of Elections, Paul Foley, is being outed in an Associated Press investigative piece for a pretty massive conflict of interest ... which should come as no surprise for those of us in Watauga County who came to know his secret dealings with "Four" Eggers during the Republican take-over of the Watauga Board of Elections.

Lot of meat here. Digestion will follow.

Curious that a story of this magnitude got dumped into the bloodstream on a Friday (instead of Sunday or even Monday). It's possible that AP rushed the story because the Raleigh News&Observer was also hot on the trail, and they have now published their own article. Check it out: http://www.newsobserver.com/news/politics-government/state-politics/article26996395.html.

More shoes to drop next week, when Kim Strach's underlying report on the Chase Burns corruption investigation is due, the dirt that Foley was trying to get the jump on.
