At Least It'll Be Money Well Spent!

Surely we've moved into a Parallel Universe, something Dr. Seuss might have created while on crack ... but this morning's New York Times brings news that the Bush administration plans to spend $1.6 billion on an initiative to promote marriage, especially among the "lower order" ... the rich being left alone, evidently, to continue their blissful lives of serial divorce.
