Despite the hype on Fox News and among other cheerleaders for Bush, George W.'s "Jobs and Growth Plan" still fell "249,000 jobs short of the administration's projection" last month. And this site also shows North & South Carolina as among the states that "have lost over 10% of their manufacturing jobs in just two years."
